                  about your order, you will be contacted by this email.

        ■ Google/ Facebook account registration

                  ​​​​​​​After registration, please fill in [real name] and [phone number] to become a formal

                  member

★[Order Process]

There will be 1~3 emails depending on the process. If you do not receive it, please check the spam mail.

(1) After the order is established, an order confirmation email will be sent.

(2) If the payment is successful, a receipt(invoice) email will be sent.

(3) Delivery

             ■ Ordering eSIM: The eSIM will be sent to the email automatically when registered

                                              (you can also go to My account and download it yourself)

             ■  Ordering a physical card (SIM card): It will be based on the shipping method (post

                 office, home delivery, express delivery). After the delivery is completed, A delivery

                 notification email will be sent
